Namaste, Reader.
This summer taught me that yoga really does travel with you. Whether on a mat, a chair, or simply in mindful breath, I carried my practice through airports, car rides, and quiet mornings in new places. Yoga became my anchor—reminding me to return to stillness, regulate my nervous system, and keep my body moving in ways that felt supportive and nourishing.
I also had the joy of sharing yoga with even more people this season—helping students use yoga as a tool for wellness and self-care. It’s a gift to witness the ways each person adapts and grows in their own practice, and I’m reminded again and again that yoga is for every body.
Now that I’m back home, I’m excited to settle into a steady rhythm with my regular teaching schedule—and to open the next chapter of Heart2Brain Yoga this Fall. You can look forward to:
