Yoga That Evolves With You
One of the most beautiful things about yoga is how adaptable it is.
Over the years, my practice has shifted and reshaped to meet me exactly where I am.

When I was pregnant with my daughter, I practiced prenatal yoga – slow, intentional, and supportive. After giving birth, I found myself on the floor a lot, leaning into gentle, restorative movements to reconnect with my body and nervous system.

As my strength returned, so did my fire. I deepened my practice through 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings. Each step wasn’t about becoming someone new – it was about meeting myself where I was, again and again, with honesty and care.

When I became a teacher, I looked for studios and communities that aligned with my values and allowed me to teach from my lived experience. I’ve never had to put on a performance – I’ve simply shared what was real for me in each season. My students continue to inspire my growth, and my teaching continues to evolve because of them.

Right now, I’m especially excited about integrating strength training into yoga in a way that’s mindful, empowering, and accessible. That’s exactly what inspired the creation of my FIRE series.
