✨ New Workshop Announced: A Seasonal Yoga Immersion ✨

Namaste, Reader.

I’m excited to share that registration is now open for Embodiment & Imbolc, a seasonal somatic and restorative yoga experience at Shift Yoga Studio.

This late-winter immersion invites you to slow down, listen inward, and move with intention as we transition from winter’s deep rest toward gentle renewal. The experience blends somatic movement, mindfulness, nervous system tools, meditation, journaling, and community connection — all offered in a trauma-informed, welcoming container.

Included with registration:
• A 3-hour in-person workshop
• A virtual orientation with replay
• A downloadable Embodiment Journal to support your awareness practice at home

Whether you’re craving more rest, regulation, reflection, or connection, this is a space to meet yourself where you are.

Spaces are limited — we’d love to hold one for you.
