One of my favorite parts of this offering happens before we gather in person.

When you register for Embodiment & Imbolc, you’ll be invited to a 60-minute virtual orientation on February 15 (with replay).

The orientation is designed to help you:
• arrive grounded and prepared
• understand the somatic practices we’ll explore
• begin using your Embodiment Journal
• feel connected before stepping into the space

There’s nothing you need to do or perfect — just arrive as you are.

This support allows our in-person time to feel more spacious, embodied, and nourishing.
