Making Yoga Accessible for Every Body—Including Yours

The Power of Adaptation: How Personalized Yoga Can Transform Your Practice

Namaste, Reader!

This weekend, I have the honor of leading a Yoga Teacher Training module on accessibility, where we’ll explore how to make yoga work for every body and ability. We’ll be diving into:

Chair Yoga – A supportive practice for students with mobility challenges
Props & Modifications – How to adapt poses to fit every student’s needs
The Teacher’s Role – Creating an inclusive, trauma-informed space

At its core, yoga is meant to meet you exactly where you are. But in group classes, that’s not always easy—each student has different needs, goals, and movement patterns. This is where private yoga makes a real difference.

With a one-on-one practice, we can:
✅ Adapt yoga to fit your body, not the other way around
✅ Use props and modifications to make poses feel good for you
✅ Focus on breathwork and mindfulness tools that support your daily life
✅ Move at a pace that feels safe, empowering, and sustainable

Client Love:
"Taylor was amazing! She adjusted perfectly for a person who wanted to join but by chair. It was a perfect relaxing flow for a busy day."

I’m opening just a few private yoga session slots each week, and they tend to fill quickly! If you've ever felt like yoga wasn’t quite working for you, or if you're craving a deeper, more personalized experience, let’s chat.
