Home Again—Refreshed, Inspired, and Ready to Practice Together

Namaste, Reader!

We're back! After a month of exploring Japan, my family and I are back home, feeling grateful, inspired, and deeply grounded in our yoga and mindfulness practices. Traveling is an adventure, but it also comes with its own challenges—long days, new environments, and the need for balance amidst all the excitement.

Throughout our journey, yoga and mindfulness were my anchors. They helped me stay present in each moment, appreciating the beauty around me while listening to my body’s needs. As a family, our yoga practice became a space for emotional balance and safety—establishing healthy boundaries when we felt exhausted, finding rest when we needed it, and simply reconnecting with ourselves after full days of exploration.

I have to take a moment to celebrate my daughter, Lucy, whose curiosity, courage, and confidence inspired me daily. Watching her embrace new experiences with an open heart reminded me why I love sharing yoga—because at its core, it’s about cultivating resilience, awareness, and joy at any age.

Now that I’m back, I’m so excited to return to teaching and continue sharing these practices with you! This spring, I’ll be leading kids yoga classes—creating a space for little ones to move, breathe, and explore mindfulness in a way that supports their emotional and physical well-being. I’m also thrilled to return to my Monday morning classes at Shift Yoga & Strength Studio, where we’ll ease into the week with grounding movement and deep rest.

Stay tuned for upcoming newsletters, where I’ll be sharing more about yoga, mindfulness, and how we can bring these practices into our daily lives. I can’t wait to reconnect with you—whether on the mat or in spirit.
