A free Embodiment Challenge begins Feb 23 🌿

Namaste, Reader.

I want to personally invite you into something gentle and grounding.

From February 23–27, I’ll be hosting a free Embodiment Challenge on Instagram Live — a 5-day invitational to slow down, reconnect with your body, and practice presence in a way that feels supportive and accessible.

Each day, we’ll spend about 10–20 minutes together exploring simple, trauma-informed embodiment practices — things like breath, gentle movement, and awareness you can actually carry into daily life.

This is not about fixing yourself or doing more.
It’s about listening. Noticing. And building trust with your body, one moment at a time.

✨ What to expect:

  • Short daily IG Lives
  • Nervous-system-aware embodiment practices
  • Replay access
  • Optional reflection prompts delivered by email
