Namaste, Reader.
There’s something about this time of year that feels a little… playful.
Like the world is stretching after a long exhale.
The trees aren’t trying to bloom perfectly.
They’re just responding to warmth and light.
And I’ve been thinking about how similar that is to teaching yoga.
Embodiment isn’t about performing a role as a teacher.
It’s about being present enough to let your authentic voice come forward.
Sometimes that voice is calm.
Sometimes it’s quiet.
Sometimes it’s a little weird and wonderful in the best possible way.
Your students don’t need perfection.
They need a real human guiding the room.
A teacher who understands:
• how the nervous system responds to safety
• how language can create choice
• how movement can be accessible and freeing
When we teach from that place, inspiration starts to wake up again.
That’s exactly why I created Teaching From the Inside Out — a space for yoga teachers who want to reconnect with their authentic teaching voice and feel confident guiding trauma-informed, supportive classes.
If your inspiration has been stirring this spring, you’re invited.

I would love to see you there.
